Jason and Luke made it an easy process to sell Lakeside Lane due to the knowledge that they had, also the different approach to the property being a little different in solar and wind generation. The video, very cool, still sticks in my mind and is very catchy. The open homes were done as prescribed in the sale description. Luke and Jason are a wonderful team – very professional, friendly and keen to help in any way they could, particularly valuable as we were changing areas and were away for three weeks while on the market., and at the same time, getting through the final hurdles of a boundary change in time to sell. The property actually sold while we were away so this meant extra work in the form of phone calls with frustrating struggles with little signal at times, emails, liaising with our solicitor, surveyor and other parties on our behalf, etc. It was no mean feat and we really appreciate that extra help they gave us.
